WHAT: 
Duathlon Format "Informal Race", 5km Trail Run, 5km Rollerski. Your transition from run to ski will be included in your overall time.

Don't run? Then come out and do the rollerski portion.

Don't rollerski? Then come out and do the running portion.

WHERE:  
Riverbend Picnic Area, Island Lake Recreation Area, Brighton, MI.

WHEN:  
Oct 12th, Nov 9th and Dec 7th at 10:00AM.

"Winner" will be determined on a percent improvement between any two races...hopefully snow doesn't mess that up!  This will be a self timed event...this is a "training" race and very, very informal. We may come up with a prize for the most improved Male and Female.?? Hey...it's FREE!
