T Jul 31 5 uphill running intervals, fixed distance, 2:20 to 1:40 times (1 hour)

S Aug 2 Roll - skate, 3 hours
S Aug 3 Roll distance - classic (50 minutes)

M Aug 4 Run - distance & explosiveness (45 minutes)
T Aug 5 Roll classic intervals: 6-5-4-3 min build up. Recovery 2-3 min. Easy terrain.
W Aug 6 Bike (1 hour)
T Aug 7 Roll skate intervals: 2-3-4 min Zone 3-4, then 4–3-2 min Zone 4
F Aug 8 Off
S Aug 9 Roll classic - distance (2 hours)
