4 x 3:00 V2 uphill intervals (85-88% of max heart rate). I did not want to spend too much time on this workout: I don't have much (any!) time on the rollerskis, my shoulders are a bit sore from yesterday's strength session, and it's hot and humid out. But it was a good, targeted session. |
