Tonight I taught the first "Prepare for the Frosty" class at REI. Tonight's class was on fitness, so I had participants doing lots of core, abs, upper body and leg work. |

4 x 4:00 uphill intervals (4%) on treadmill, 3 minute rest. Seemed like Zone 3 intervals, even though my HR monitor showed I was a 117-120% of my max heart rate. Zones in graph are estimates. |
