Had surfing lessons this morning. Great upper body and core workout! It was a lot of work paddling out into the ocean and lots of core trying to be stable on the board. Did get up - for a second or two - a few times on the board. 4 ft waves. |

Kayaked for about 10 minutes, then switched over to a paddle board (surf board with paddle) and attempted to stand up and paddle. Spent most of the time in the water or kneeling to keep my balance in the choppy water. This was mostly an exercise in balance... |
