I tried to hang on with the group on the Tuesday night ride but was easily dropped on the first two big hills and a following flat, so I let them go and had an eaiser ride. That didn't stop me from occasionally jumping on someone else's wheel as they went by for a little extra intensity occasionally. Otherwise, it was a pretty easy rest of the ride. (Forgot my heart rate monitor, so the graph is a guesstimate). |
