That is hilarious !

Coincidentally, here is my workout for yesterday:

* Run 75 mins warmup

* Do max strength workout

* Stride 15 mins to get the kickwax dialed in

* Build a kicker

* Do 25 repeats over the kicker...

* 5 x daffy
* 5 x herkie
* 5 x spread eagle
* 5 x backscratcher
* 5 x double half-twist

As you can see, I am kickin' it old school. Just wait till we get up north. I can show you guys some sick hospital air !
