The first week we were in Davos it was Davos Ski Week. There were supposed to be around 5000 skiers in town just to ski, take lessons and drink coffee at the Coffee Klatsch downtown. It seemed like there were more than 5000.

U.S. Ski Team sprint specialists Kikkan Randall and Andy Newell led the U.S. Sunday. Randall rallied from 39th halfway through the 15K classic to finish 30th and Newell landing 41st in the 30K in the World Cup in Rogla on Sunday.
