CXC Academy releases period 5 training program

Period 5 is the first period of the pre-competition phase of the year. More attention is placed on ski specific activities in intensity and distance training. We will shift back to max strength half way through this period after 6 weeks of power velocity.

Otepaa is probably the one place I wish I could have within driving distance of Ottawa. At their World Cup ski trail area, "Tehvandi" they have a 6.2km rollerskiing track which I would guess is probably the best one in the whole world.
