The ablation works!...for awhile. Atrial fibrillation turns to atrial flutter and I head in to get my heart shocked again. I'd rather be cross country skiing....

We started out doing 1 lap intervals with a three minute rest. The first was skating without ski poles, the second a doublepole-only lap, and the third a normal skate with poles.

The Vasa board will launch an instructional program for area Nordic skiers called “MeSki” starting January 2 at 6:30 p.m. under the lights of groomed trails at Timber Ridge Resort in Traverse City. The program is free to skiers who have pre-register.
