Staff and volunteers from the Catamount Trail Association finished the remaining 4.5 miles of new trail near the town of Winhall to complete the 300-mile long Catamount Ski Trail. It's now possible to ski from the Massachusetts to Canada through Vermont.

The Noquemanon Trail Network is working hard to keep Blueberry open and groomed for this winter. The NTN has sent the following letter to the MDNR to appeal to them and allow the NTN to have the ability to groom.

ABR Trails has just completed 13 km of new trails and refinement of some of the existing. There are also an expanded ski shop, an expanded warming cabin, a sun deck to the south of the cabin with benches and 2 new ski-in cabins for lodging.

Hanson Hills Recreation Area held a Trail Clean up day. Volunteers Hiked/Ran the Nordic Ski Trail System removing fallen debris from the Trails. We also made a couple of changes to our Nordic Trail System.

The Noquemanon Trail Network was notified that the Michigan DNR has lost all funding for the grooming of the Blueberry Ridge Pathway. Other cross country ski trail systems affected in the state by the cuts are the Vasa, Ogema Hills and all other pathways.
