Yep, my heart is in A-fib and making shambles of my training. So this morning the doctor is putting me to sleep, then sending low-energy shocks to my heart to trigger a normal rhythm.

Rain threatened, but it stayed dry for the Team NordicSkiRacer Tuesday night Intensity Session. Typically, we alternate rollerski and ski walking interval sessions. This Tuesday we did a 2 mile running time trial instead.
