The narrow 100 meter course was tricky. There were tight fast corners, undulations, and, if you weren't centered in the lane, grass just off the edge ready to catch a ski tip. But it was snow, in October!

Rain threatened, but it stayed dry for the Team NordicSkiRacer Tuesday night Intensity Session. Typically, we alternate rollerski and ski walking interval sessions. This Tuesday we did a 2 mile running time trial instead.

These are my snow pick up times for the rest of the week. Buy an extra shovel, metal rake, and muscle and put to use 5-10 minutes after each pick up time. If you come, bring your rock skis.
