Kensington Park Apartments, Grand River Ave, near Kent Lake Road, near Kensington Metropark

What:

Tonight, members of Team NordicSkiRacer will be rollerskiing up a gentle incline on a bike path. 3-4 minute intervals at race pace or a little less. Headlamp recommended if you're going fast, although I've done this workout without light before - just didn't go as fast... All invited.

Location:

Kensington Park Apartments near Kensington Metropark:
Exit 96 at Kent Lake Road.
From the east: Head SOUTH away from Kensington Metropark.
Turn LEFT on Grand River.
It's the second apartment complex on the right. We rollerski across Grand River on the bike path.
