What:: The kitchen crew will be raising the bar for comfort food at Cross Country Ski Headquarters this weekend. Using our special recipe for homemade mac ‘n cheese, we will be serving steaming bowls of this masterpiece, and skiers can choose from a variety of toppings to create their own mac-sterpiece. We’re talking bacon, ham, feta cheese, tomatoes, breadcrumbs, spinach, plus classics like peas and hot dogs.
