Your Expert Cross Country Ski Consultants. Cross Country Ski Headquarters is now open for the season. Hours are 9 to 6 Friday and Saturday and 10 to 5 Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Established in 1974, the Cross Country Ski Headquarters is the only Official Salomon Race Center in Lower Michigan and the largest Atomic Race center in the Eastern Great Lakes Region including Lower Michigan. We have a cross country ski trails, a retail store and mail order. Our Crew and Demo skiers insure that we know what works best in all categories of X-C skis and equipment.

We have over ten miles of Ginzu groomed trails, from flat to hilly, with molded track set and corduroy skating lanes.

In our Stone Turtle Day Lodge, with huge stone fire place, skiers can enjoy gourmet soups, hot Panini sandwiches, famous homemade chili, muffins, cookies and even pizza. Our restrooms are warm and comfortable. After lunch, try out or rent any number of our 27 different models of (demo and rental) skis or 7 models of snowshoes. You may also demo the latest models of poles, boots and bindings.

I-75 exit 239 then jog S. 1 block (M-18) to Robinson Lake Road (also County Rd. 103), West (right) on 103, 3 miles to blinker, North (right) at blinker on N Cut Rd (also County Rd 100) 1/2 mile.

From US-127, Exit 201, Higgins Lake Road.  Go East 9 miles. The road winds around the South end of Higgins Lake and we are 3 miles past the South Higgins Lake State Park.
