The State of Michigan High School Nordic Championship will take place on February 14-15, 2009 at the Michigan Tech Nordic Ski Trails.

10:00am Classic 5.0 km - Boys Interval-30 seconds
10:30am Classic 5.0 km - Girls Interval-30 seconds
2:30pm Freestyle 5.0km - Boys Gunderson Start
3:00pm Freestyle 5.0km - Girls Gunderson Start
6:00pm Dinner and Pursuit Awards at the Bluffs
Sunday - February 15, 2009 Sprints
9:30am Freestyle 1.0km Boys/Girls 15 Second Interval
noon Freestyle 1.0km Elimination Rounds ( Top 16 Boys/Girls)
2:00pm Sprint Awards at MTU Ski Trails
Two Registration Forms need to be completed and returned:
1. T-Shirt and Dinner Tickets Order Form - Due Monday, February 2, 2009
The $60 entry fee includes State Championship T-shirt and Saturday night dinner. Family members may buy additional Saturday night dinner tickets for $15 apiece. We need to order the correct number of T-shirts in the correct sizes and order the correct number of dinners by Tuesday, February 3, 2009.
We are asking coaches to indicate the number of T-shirts in each size that your team will need and how many total dinner tickets your team will need. The T-shirts are in adult sizes. The T-shirts and dinner tickets will be given to you at the coaches meeting to distribute to your team.
Two coaches from each team will receive a complimentary T-shirt and Saturday night dinner.
Please fill out the attached T-shirt and Dinner Ticket Order Form and email to Shawn Oppliger at firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday, February 2, 2009.
2. HS Nordic Skiing Registration Form - Due Monday, February 9, 2009
Individual skiers must complete this form and indicate how many additional dinner tickets they need on their registration form. Please indicate the seed for each skier on this form. The registration forms and payment for individual skiers must be received by Monday, February 9, 2009 by 6pm.
