IN TRAINING PLANS:

Fall presents challenges for us Nordic skiers - work or school is demanding, days are shorter and we all know that ski training kicks up a notch. It is critical to maintain a balance. Remember our goal is to elicit a positive response in our endurance athletic performance and not just tolerate the training. Keep this central rule in mind to ensure balance and progress.
