One tough dryland workout

The Norwegian Team Sprint boys in Oslo September 2010. The session consists of two series with a number of different exercises. It takes about 7.5 minutes per series with a pause of about 5 minutes between each series. I estimate lactate values to be above 15 for most participants at this session.
