Men and women of the Russian skis team do speed work up a hill and along the flats: V2, V1, V2 alternate, Doublepush, Marathon Skate, Skate with no poles - every technique, FAST. I'm especially amazed to see marathon skate - you rarely see skiers in the US training on it.
