Long question short: Have there been any discussions of the similarities and/or differences between running form (for people who are competing as runners, not just training for skiing) and classic ski form?
Eli Brown will be hosting a skate clinic March 17th. 10:00am until noon at XCHQ. His vast skiing experience includes NMU collegiate skier, head ski coach University of Utah, and 2012 Mi.Cup Men's Title winner.
The Vasa board will launch an instructional program for area Nordic skiers called “MeSki” starting January 2 at 6:30 p.m. under the lights of groomed trails at Timber Ridge Resort in Traverse City. The program is free to skiers who have pre-register.
