The camp will meet at Pando Ski Area in Rockford (just north of Grand Rapids) on Saturday and Sunday, June 19-20. - Introduction
- Rollerski skate w/video at middle school (focus on V2)
- Review of technique before/after lunch
- Training talk: Capacity training, planning etc...
- Capacity session on foot (Max Heart Rate test?)
- Review of MHR results, designing training zones
- BBQ at Ernie's place
Jun 20 Sun (starting at 08:30)
- Rollerski classic w/video at White Pine trail (focus on new double pole and kick double pole)
- Review of technique & video
- Lunch
- Core strength, other balance/agility drills (including ski imitation drills)
- End of camp
