The Eastern REG is currently being hosted by the Craftsbury Outdoor Center in Vermont, a mecca for both Nordic skiing and rowing. This is a higher caliber group than what we’ve seen from this region in the past.

The Western REG ended this morning. The week-long camp included 18 hours of training, time trials, strength tests, speed work, talks by the US Ski Team including Andy Newell, technique work, double-pole sessions and a long distance combi workout.
