The total monthly volume decreases in period 6 versus period 5. Looking closely, you will see that intensity and strength have increased in period 6. This is particularly true with an increase in level 4.

This is a great video showing one skate technique in sprinting. The skier gets lots of power, and really gets very high on the start of his push. He also demonstrates the double push technique with his inner leg.
