Morgan, Alexa, and I are back in Sun Valley after Lake Placid training with the rest of the Sun Valley Olympic Development Team till West. It’s been a good opportunity for a good block of training.

Kris trained a 30 hour week when he got home from Lake Placid and felt great - good energy and no meaningful suppression. He ended the period with a bounding intensity session and then he got a cold.

Crawford won her gold medal in a skate-ski sprint in 2006, but the Olympic sprint in 2010 will be a classic race. The latter is her weaker discipline so she doubled her classic training over the summer.
