Frosty Fest! Frosty Freestyle 5K/15K

What:

Worried about snow? Huron Meadows Metropark's three snow guns pretty much guarantee snow coverage over the 2.5km-long Buck’s Run Trail. If Mother Nature doesn't deliver the real stuff, we'll race laps on Buck’s Run. If we have lots of natural snow, the Frosty Freestyle and Krazy Klassic will run on the normal ski trails at Huron Meadows.

Both a 5km and 15km distances are offered.

Michigan Cup Points

Full Michigan Cup Senior points (starting at 200 points for first place) are awarded for the 15K Frosty Freestyle. Super-Masters age 70 or older may optionally race in the shorter 5K races for partial points (starting at 150 points for first place). The race is part of the Brumbaugh Cup.

Full Michigan Cup Junior points (starting at 200 points for first place) are awarded for the 5K Frosty Freestyle. Junior points will be calculated based on only junior racers (i.e., we'll drop the adult racers when we calculate junior points).
