Frosty Fest! Krazy Klassic 7K/12K

What:

Man-made snow or natural snow? Either way, we have a classic race!

The man-made snow course is multiple 2.4km loops on Buck's Run, the man-made snow trail. If on man-made snow (likely): There are two distances: 12km (6 laps around the 2.5km trail) and 7km (3 laps around the 2.5km trail). There will be three classic tracks around the majority of the course. The trail is relatively flat, with two small hills. If on natural snow: There are two distances: 10km (2 laps around 5km loops) and 5km (a 5km loop). The course will be double-tracked.

This is a classic-only race - no skating allowed!

Michigan Cup Points

Full Michigan Cup Senior points (starting at 200 points for first place) are awarded for the 12K Krazy Klassic. Super-Masters age 70 or older may optionally race in the shorter 7K races for partial points (starting at 150 points for first place). The race is part of the Brumbaugh Cup.

Full Michigan Cup Junior points (starting at 200 points for first place) are awarded for the 7K Krazy Klassic. Junior points will be calculated based on only junior racers (i.e., we'll drop the adult racers when we calculate junior points). The Krazy Klassic junior race is part of the Baic Cup.
