These are fluoro-free top coats that provide racers a level of performance that previously couldn’t be achieved with a fluoro-free formula. We had these products last winter on a limited release and have learned quite a bit since then. See below for improved application method depending on conditions. The Jet Liquids and blocs are must have for racers and are extremely economic as well (lots of applications per bottle or bloc). From what I have seen, the liquids and bloc have a good synergy together.

This is a thick universal all temperature paraffin wax that offers a high degree of durability and performance while enabling waxing without an iron. All-in-One Wipe & Brush is also an excellent product for racers looking to protect their bases between skis or for travel. Just apply with a cloth, let dry, and brush out.

This is a high performance World Cup tested training and base wax designed for ambitious ski racers. Its hard composition makes it ideal for diverse snow conditions and temperatures, providing exceptional glide and resilience. This is one of the most common base waxes used by World Cup teams.

World Cup proven digital waxing machine for very efficient and easy hot waxing of Nordic and Alpine skis. Temperature 50-170c. For easy application of both glide waxes and Nordic klister waxes. Roller width is 136mm. Comes with one wax tray.

The wax machine comes with one tray. Separate trays are very convenient to have to make the work easier because the trays can be specialized for each type of wax.

Rotary Brush Copper is great for easy and optimum cleaning of the bases before waxing and as the first brush used after scraping hot wax. It is both very efficient and gentle on the base thanks to softer bristles compared to the Rotary Brush Steel. 10mm bristle length. Width 100mm. Recommended speed 1000-1800 RPMs

Simple, Ergonomically shaped base structuring device with a single structure roller for improved gliding properties. This tool comes with just the Red roller. Blue and Yellow rollers are available separately.

This does not replace the current Structurite Race Tool and Kit that we currently have with the two left and right screw rollers. This tool will supplement that and is also meant to hit a lower price point. The tool is the same as the old Structurite tool that we used to have. The Blue roller is the same as the old one which was great (a shallow fine linear .5mm), but the yellow roller is new. It is a coarse linear roller (1.5mm). This new Yellow roller will be great to combine with the Yellow Left/Right screw roller in certain wet conditions. The Blue and Yellow rollers are only available as extras and do fit the old Structurite tool (and the new one) but do not fit the Structurite Race tool.

Due to many requests, this workbench is back! This is the most stable workbench on the market. 110x50cm working surface. Includes one set (2) of extract poles. Working height 87.5cm. Weighs 15kg. I do not have the profiles that slide into this workbench yet because the company that made them does not exist anymore, but we are working on a solution. We do have profiles that can be clamped on to this bench (or any table) that also has legs as an option. That's a great profile that offers flexibility.

Toko is back to being its simple and predictable self with wide ranging products perform superbly.
In general, I expect racers and teams to wax with an HP hot wax underlayer (if cold, XCold straight or mixed with HP Blue). Normally, I would expect a layer of Jet Bloc covered by a layer of Jet Liquid. If the race is especially long and durability is a concern, then substitute Jet Powder for Jet Bloc and cover with Jet Liquid. If the snow is especially dry, the HP Powders are excellent. I made sure to stock up on them very well.
If the snow is reasonably fast and contains some moisture, especially if it is glazing at all, then I expect we will run a light layer of Jet Bloc covered by Jet Liquid. In this case the Jet Bloc can be applied by simply rubbing it on the base and then running a merino roller over it so it gets worked into the structure and a micro layer covers the base. Then apply the Jet Liquid. The colder and more arid it is the less Jet Liquid you apply. I recommend for the Jet Liquid Blue, unless it is super fast corn snow, to spray it from tip to tail in just two seconds and then spread and polish it with a thermo cork (by hand which only takes 15 seconds). For Jet Liquid Red, maybe do the same but 5 seconds unless conditions are very glazed and fast in which case you can apply more. The more Jet Liquid is applied, the softer and greasier it is which is a bad thing in dry non transformed snow. If you apply it like I describe above, it goes on dry and hard (and can be skied on immediately). It is very effective. I wish I had discovered this last winter at Nationals in Anchorage so I could have compared it to the HP Powders which were excellent along with the XCold Powder. For Yellow conditions, the Jet Liquid is clearly the best thing out there and more can be applied for a strong hydrophobic layer. In really wet snow especially if transformed, it doesn't need to be finished at all.
Of course much of the season will be raced in using wax protocols. Clearly our hot waxes and liquid paraffins have been excellent and continue to be. Note the 960g boxes of BP hot waxes which are very well priced.
Here's to a great 25/26 Season!
I am really looking forward to this winter! I'm sure you are too! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
