At the end of fall when the days are getting shorter, and the air is getting chilly, you read a lot of articles about SAD or Seasonal Affected Disorder. I’m more affected by a different kind of SAD…Social Affected Disorder.

CXC Elite ski Canadian NorAms in Silver Star

Well, it wasn’t a good day at the races for Kris. His fitness appeared to be right where we expected, but the combination of an average (not better) fitness day a raging blizzard, and a crash in the first 200 meters made for some frustration.
