USA Out of Combined Team Event because of missing bib

The USA suffered a blow in the nordic combined team event at the FIS Nordic Ski World Championships when Billy Demong (Vermontville, NY) was disqualified for not having a starting bib.

On March 7th, West Yellowstone will host the 30th annual Yellowstone Rendezvous marathon race on the Rendezvous Ski Trails. The Rendezvous Ski Trails has up to three feet of groomed packed powder on the ground and more is in the forecast.

USA Second in Medals

A gold from Norway in the men's team classic sprint dropped the USA into second position in the medals count at the FIS Nordic Ski World Championships. Both Norway and the USA now have three gold, with the Norwegians taking the edge on total medals, 7-5.
