This weekend the rollerskis finally come off as U.S. Cross Country Ski Team athletes shed their summer gear for the first cross country World Cup races of the season in Gaellivare, Sweden.
19-year-old Marthe Kristoffersen (NOR) won the classical sprint race, finished 2nd in the 10 km free technique race and took 4th in the 5 km classical competition.
