Natalie Dawson, member of Team NordicSkiRacer.com, won her age group and took second overall in the 44K Leadville Loppet on February 26, 2006
The Loppet takes place on the rolling terrain of the Colorado Mountain College’s Timberline Trails and the gentle/gradual terrain of the Mineral Belt Trail through Leadville, Colorado’s historic mining district. What makes the race interesting is that it's held at an elevation of 10,000 feet!
More information about the race, including results, can be found at http://www.mineralbelttrail.com/.
