Former Michigan Cup racer and current member of the Bridger Ski Foundation Pro Team Reid Goble has had a great couple weeks. First, he won the Minneapolis SuperTour race. Then he won a gold medal serving as a guide in the Paralympics. Finally, he's been chosen to race in the Men's 10km interval start classic race (3/20) at the FIS World Cup Finals in Lake Placid NY. Forbush Corner: We will be open at 9 tomorrow, shop closing at noon. We will leave the side gate on Roberts rd open for those wanting to ski. We will not be grooming due to the warmup and rain in the forecast for the week.
Watching the weather, and if conditions are favorable we will continue operations this coming Saturday and Sunday. So, if you want to ski this week, we ask that you leave a $10 trail fee in the slot in the wall near the east front entrance.
Nubs Nob: Excellent base depth and grooming. The snow was already pretty sticky by 11:00am with the warm temps and sun. Possible snow later this week means there is still a chance of nice ski conditions right up until closing day on April 5th. If you can hit the freeze-thaw just right it’s awesome out there.
