Here's a couple really nice photos from the start of Saturday's Garland Grip Classic Race from Doug Endicott.
The start was a flat doubelpole section followed by the steepest, longest hill on the race course. Many racers had to herringbone the hill.
In the background, you'll notice the 5km skiers waiting to start. They started a few minutes after the 10km start.
