The 2013 Frosty Freestyle and Krazy Klassic cross country ski races donated $5,663 to Huron Meadows Metropark to support their efforts to provide exellent cross country skiing in southeast Michigan.

The Buck's Run trail is in great shape for skating, and the groomers will set track on about 3/4 of the course so we should be able to run a great clinic tomorrow. The ski center opens at 9 for rentals.

We started out doing 1 lap intervals with a three minute rest. The first was skating without ski poles, the second a doublepole-only lap, and the third a normal skate with poles.
